Prof. Dr. Apinan Poshyananda, Chief Executive and Artistic Director of Bangkok Art Biennale, met Mr. Yuma Muranushi, Founder of Nippon Donation Foundation, who generously contributed 1,000,000 THB to the third edition of the Bangkok Art Biennale.
Nippon Donation Foundation seeks to support organizations that are actively engaged in activities aimed at addressing social issues in order to promote world peace. “To tackle the countless social issues that surround us today, it is imperative for us to sharpen our perspectives and take practical actions through the power of organizations and local communities”, comments Mr. Yuma Muranushi. Nippon Donation Foundation seeks to promote world peace through rebuilding Japan’s donation culture and strengthening its infrastructure, and its ultimate aim is to achieve the maximum amount of public benefit on a truly global scale by standing in solidarity with the rest of the world.
Mr. Yuma Muranush is also currently building UNBABEL around the world and will continue to develop it further in the future. At these facilities, including office spaces, events such as exhibitions, parties, and conferences are held to continue to stimulate the sensibilities of colleagues and customers who gather at UNBABEL.
With the support of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev), as well as Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), and the public and private sectors, including Nippon Donation Foundation, Bangkok Art Biennale 2022 will take place from 22 October 2022 to 23 February 2023 featuring 73 leading regional and international artists from 35 countries at the 12 cultural and heritage sites throughout the city, as well as BAB Virtual Venue.
