Maitree’s work has been shown throughout Southeast Asia and beyond: at the 4Guangzhou Triennial (China, 2011), Photoquai (Paris, 2011), Art Stage Singapore (2012 and 2013), Me Love You Long Time (Boston Centre for the Arts, USA, 2013), Was ist Heimat (Museum Orth, Austria, 2017), Isan Contemporary Report (BACC, 2017), Spectrosynthesis II (BACC, 2019).

His recent exhibition, Kwai – sometimes I wish I was a Water Buffalo, was at Head High Second Floor, Chiang Mai's new non-profit Art Space, where the works from several creative periods and new works conceived for the exhibition were shown.

His artworks can be found in major private collections around the world.

Maitree Siriboon lives and works in Ubon Ratchatani and Bangkok, Thailand.
